Return postcard from Philippines

Received from blissfulsisig (Philippines) on 25/2/09

Another nice postcrosser who sent me a return postcard.
"Balut Vendor" Water colour by Vicente Manansala - The sender says that she doesn't eat balut as she is a vegan and also it reminds her of an aborted fetus. I agree but even if the chick was left to grow into a chicken, it will also be slaughtered for meat. Catch 22.
